I have problems with House Sparrows and Starlings eating at my feeders, but have lots of woodpeckers. I by accident started using this product and discovered that the invasive birds didn't like it because they don't like the suet, just the seeds. And for the few House Sparrows who did try to each it anyway i switched to an upside down suet feeder and put baffles on the sides, and now only the native woodpeckers each this suet.

The DD-10 12 pack was on sale at my local feed store. For $10, it was a great deal. I have been using other brands of suet for years with much success. My birds did not touch the Heath Pure Suet Cake. I was disappointed with the product. I live in Northwest Indiana and the birds usually devour the other suet cakes I have purchased. I will not buy this product again. It's ridiculous that the price online for a 10-pack is $69.99. I would actually have given it 0 stars.
